In the event that we feel the appropriate action has not then been taken, we will reconsider our commercial relationship with that supplier and report any concerns to the relevant bodies within their country of operation.

Our process for managing risk

We are committed to working with reputable operators, ground handlers and hotels both in the UK and overseas and regularly review our supply chains. In addition to this, Premier assess the risk of modern slavery by using the following processes:

  • Continually evaluating our existing supply chain
  • Reviewing the potential for any risk at regular intervals
  • Promoting the company whistle-blowing policy which encourages employees to report any malpractice or illegal acts using a prescribed reporting procedure

During the course of our business activities, our staff travel to many of our featured destinations to experience the services that we provide. All staff are regularly briefed to be vigilant during their travels and to bring to our attention any concerns that they may have in relation to modern slavery issues. Any concerns reported will subsequently be investigated further by the company.

To increase awareness and ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, our Modern Slavery Policy is also included in our employee handbook which all new staff receive and existing staff have access to at all times.

Moving forward

After due consideration, we have not identified any significant risks of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking in our supply chain at this time.
