About the villa

Set amidst perfectly manicured gardens of lush lawns and cascading olive groves, Villa Shamsum is elegantly poised. Accommodation at this supremely comfortable house is all on one level split between the main building and an additional canvas lodge.

The main house is spacious and decorated in a contemporary style, painted in a cool pastel colour palette with beautiful portrait photography adorning the walls. A bright and airy living space offers comfortable seating and a modern fireplace, alongside an indoor dining area and a fabulous kitchen where a dedicated team of staff prepare three meals per day for all guests. Sliding glass doors lead to a charming terrace that is furnished for al fresco dining and relaxing. In the centre of the lawn a 15m long pool takes pride of place, paired with a poolside pergola offering soft seating in the shade and a hammock for relaxing outdoors.

There are four spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms within the main house, including the master suite with a freestanding bath tub; the canvas lodge offers further accommodation for four guests including a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom, which is perfect for children.

The canvas lodge, set in the southeast corner of the grounds is a unique offering that allows guests to be immersed in nature. Elsewhere within the grounds there is a clay boules court, table tennis and a cinema room, meanwhile the excellent restaurants and shopping of Marrakech are just 15 minutes away.
