Located just a 10-minute drive from L'lle Rousse, and on the outskirts of Corsica's picturesque Monticello, L'Alba boasts a fantastic, elevated position. Offering functional living for a party of four, you also have the benefit of adding a self-contained studio for two located beneath and a fourth bedroom to take the maximum party size to eight.

The main two-bedroom villa showcases a large open-plan modern living area, with wide glass doors allowing the mesmerising views to be enjoyed from wherever you are in the main living area. A kitchen spanning the length of the living space comes with a sizeable central island and separate dining area which will make mealtimes a sociable event. Two double bedrooms are offered, both with en-suite shower facilities. The outside space consists of a furnished balcony terrace spanning the length of the villa, providing al-fresco dining opportunities as well as a private pool and a covered seating area.

The option to add the lower-level studio allows other members of your party to share the property easily. With its own entrance, kitchen facilities and double bedroom, it provides a little added privacy. In addition, there is a further bedroom with en-suite facilities also available on the lower level, again with its own entrance. This villa provides the perfect customisable trip to suit each family member individually.

L'Alba is located a short drive into the nearby town of L'lle Rousse, perfect for both a laid-back day on the beach or for exploring the seaside town's lively cafés, restaurants and ice-cream parlours in the central square. The north coast provides a great choice of seaside and marina areas to explore. Algajola and Calvi are a short drive providing a wide range of eateries to choose from. Conveniently situated a five-minute drive from the quaint village of Monticello, here you will find a lovely local restaurant and village shop for supplies to really live like a Corsican.
