The Caribbean – I’m a turquoise seas, swaying palm trees and sand-between-my-toes kind of girl! Saint Lucia will always have a special place in my heart, but I’ve recently returned from Tobago and completely fallen in love with its stunning scenery, vibrant culture and the warmth of its people.

Shortbread biscuits! I’m not a breakfast person, so it’s always coffee and a biscuit to get me started for the day – probably a bad habit, but one I’m sticking with!
- Destinations I have visited are
Tobago, Thailand (especially Khao Lak), Zanzibar, Kenya, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, Greece – with Lesvos being a particular favourite – and Tunisia, which really impressed me with how much it has developed in recent years. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to travel to so many amazing places, and I’m always looking forward to discovering the next one.
