- My favourite destination to visit is
Italy, and in particular the beautiful Lake Garda. The scenery, incredible food, wine, and variety of things to do make it everything I look for in a holiday. I’ll never forget my first visit to Malcesine, looking out across the lake and thinking “wow, this is truly breathtaking.” From exploring the charming lakeside towns to enjoying day trips to Venice and Verona, there is something magical around every corner.

- My must pack item for every trip is...
I always make sure I’ve downloaded a good film to watch on the plane and I never travel without my trusty sun hat!

I’ve been working in the same building since 1995, apart from a short break when Thomas Cook sadly closed – so that’s 31 years in travel! Although I promise I don’t look a day over 25!
